We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation we will refund your payment made to China Peace Travel (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 40 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
a. Cancellation before departure:
1. Cancellation received up to 40 days before departure: necessary bank charges
2. Cancellation received up to 20 days before departure: the resulting loss of fee
3. Cancellation received from 5 to 10 days before departure: (the tour price－the resulting loss of fee)×30%
4. Cancellation received from 2 to 5 days before departure: (the tour price－the resulting loss of fee)×40%
5. Cancellation received 1 day before departure: (the tour price－the resulting loss of fee)×50%
