(1) The quality standard of our tourist products is subject to the confirmation of our company which is also taken as an important element of making contracts. Our company is only responsible for the service and program included in the confirmation. Any personal expenses excluded in the confirmation will be paid by customers themselves.
(2) Our company has a Product Quality Management Department especially in charge of dealing with those complaints about product quality problem. After verification of complaints, our company will make appropriate compensation for those quality problem and service problem due to our defaults.
